A high school student who did not pray, and when ordered to pray by his family, would pray without ablution due to a veil on his heart, as he states

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says that he is a high school student, and in truth he says: I was not praying, and when I was ordered to pray by my family, I would pray without ablution due to a veil on my heart. He says: Praise be to Allah, I have been guided to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) and have become one of the frequenters of the mosques by the grace of Allah. He says: And if Allah wills, I will not change this methodology until the day of writing. In truth, the reason for my guidance to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) was when I heard the news of the death in an accident that happened to one of the dear relatives, which moved my heart and I was guided to Allah, so it was a lesson for me by the grace of Allah. And in truth, I am afraid if Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) will accept my call for guidance for this reason or the lesson that passed through me? Will my guidance be accepted? And what is obligatory for me in this situation?

The Shaykh : Repentance to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) is accepted for whatever reason it is. So whoever repents, Allah accepts his repentance. Accidents and calamities are sometimes a good thing by which a person takes a lesson, turns to Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and his heart softens. And Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) has made a cause for every thing. Therefore, the repentance of this questioner is accepted if Allah wills. And what he left of acts of worship in the days of his ignorance, there is no making up for it upon him. But we call upon him to increase in voluntary acts, righteous deeds, seeking forgiveness, and the remembrance of Allah. And we ask Allah for us and for them steadfastness, a good ending, and a good outcome.
