Ruling on informing some close ones and others about a funeral

The questioner : My Shaykh, we will conclude it, if Allah wills, with a final question. We understood from you, may Allah reward you with good, that if someone has a deceased relative, he does not invite people to come for the funeral prayer, burial, and participation. However, if some of the brothers, out of cooperation in righteousness and piety, inform the brothers so that they attend the funeral of one of their brothers, is there good in this and cooperation in righteousness? Do we remain with this?
