Dealing with the signs of stopping and beginning.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Regarding the obligatory signs of stopping found in the Qur'an, you had asked me about this topic before, and I told you that if the signs are not at the end of a verse but at the beginning of a verse, there is no harm in using them, meaning adhering to them in your recitation without imposing them, meaning you believe in them.

The Shaykh : As I told you, but now I add something: these signs were placed with consideration for the rules of the Arabic language. So if there is a man who has knowledge and proficiency in the Arabic language, it is permissible for him not to adhere to any of them. As for the general public, they should adhere to them, except for what is established as contrary to the Sunnah, as we mentioned earlier.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : And you, if Allah wills.
Al-Halabi : An important condition at the end, my Shaykh.
