Explaining the virtue of supplication between the adhan and the iqamah, and supplicating for the Muslims for victory and the extinguishing of trials

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : As it came in the hadith, supplication between the adhan and the iqamah is not rejected. And the Muslims, as you know now, are in wars with the Christians and in trials among them. It is incumbent upon us to supplicate for our Muslim brothers that Allah the Exalted grant them victory over their enemies from among the disbelievers, the Christians, the Jews, the polytheists, the hypocrites, and the atheists. And we should supplicate for our brothers among whom trials have appeared that Allah may rectify their relations. So we ask Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, in this gathering to rectify the relations between the Muslims and to unite their word upon the truth. And we ask Him, Blessed and Exalted is He, to grant our Muslim brothers in Bosnia and Herzegovina victory over our enemies and the enemies of Allah and His Messenger, the aggressive Serbian Christians. Indeed, He is capable of all things. And we ask Allah the Exalted to grant our Chechen brothers victory over the atheist communists who did not respect any covenant or pledge with them. He is capable of all things. And you, my brothers, should supplicate in the places of response: between the adhan and the iqamah, during prostration, and in the last part of the night. For Allah the Exalted may answer the supplication of a person who is not given much regard, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Many a person with disheveled hair and covered with dust is turned away from the doors (whereas he is held in such a high esteem by Allah) that if he were to adjure in the name of Allah (about anything) Allah would fulfil that. رُبّ أشعث أغبر مدفوع بالأبواب لو أقسم على الله لأبره
