Is it permissible to throw the mushaf and the hadiths of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) into the trash?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : All right, O Shaykh, what is the ruling on one who throws the names of Allah, the verses, and the hadiths into the trash?

The Shaykh : I seek refuge in Allah.

The questioner : He throws them away and does not give them a thought, and throws them.

The Shaykh : Do you know how to write?

The questioner : Yes, I do not know how to write.

The Shaykh : All right, shall we answer him, O brothers, even if we go beyond the standard?

The questioner : We will answer him.

The Shaykh : All right, the Qur'an is respected and the hadiths of the Messenger, may Allah's prayers and blessings be upon him, are respected, and it is not permissible for a person to throw the Qur'an into a place of refuse or the hadiths, because that is a desecration of the Qur'an. If one intended to desecrate it, he would be a disbeliever, but most people do not intend to desecrate it. However, we say that this is not permissible. When you are finished with the Qur'an and the mushaf is no longer fit for reading, burn it. Burn it, then bury it, or crush it with something until it crumbles. It does no harm to burn the mushaf, because the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them), when 'Uthman ibn 'Affan collected the mushafs into a single mushaf, burned the rest. Yes.
