The Meaning of the Saying of Allah the Exalted: "The companions of the Fire and the companions of Paradise are not equal. The companions of Paradise are the winners."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
Not equal are the companions of the Fire and the companions of Paradise لا يستوي أصحاب النار وأصحاب الجنة
[Al-Hashr 59:20]
This means they are not equal. The difference?
The companions of Paradise - they are the attainers [of success]. أصحاب الجنة هم الفائزون
[Al-Hashr 59:20]
This means that the companions of the Fire are the losers, and there is no doubt in this. The companions of Paradise are the winners who have won through their righteous deeds. Winning is the attainment of what is desired and the removal of what is disliked, which is the opposite of the companions of the Fire. If Allah the Exalted has negated equality between the companions of the Fire and the companions of Paradise, this means that it is obligatory for us to follow whom? The companions of Paradise. My brother, Allah the Exalted did not inform you that the companions of the Fire and the companions of Paradise are not equal just so you would know this fact. Rather, it is so that you would discipline yourself, so that you would discipline yourself to perform the righteous deed that makes you among the people of Paradise. Pay attention to this point: Did Allah want from us, when He said:
Not equal are the companions of the Fire and the companions of Paradise لا يستوي أصحاب النار وأصحاب الجنة
[Al-Hashr 59:20]
, that we know that they are not equal? Or did He want something else from us that is more important, which is that we act with the deeds of the people of Paradise? And that is not difficult for Allah, nor is it difficult for us if Allah Mighty and Majestic makes it easy.
