The Hostility of the Christians Toward Muslims and Their Fear of the Spread of Islam

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : These Christians today know that if the Muslims were to return to the way of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions, they would shake the ground beneath their feet and take possession of their lands. Therefore, they fear Islam more than anything else and attempt to eliminate it. The situation of the people in Herzegovina and Bosnia is not far away; we hear in the news of things that make the skin crawl, that the souls recoil from, and that sound nature rejects, regarding what these Christian Serbs are doing to the Muslims. Why? Because they do not want an Islamic state to exist in the middle of Europe, for this is a danger to them, indeed the greatest danger. Therefore, we find the disbelieving nations silent on this matter, not moving a finger, even though this contradicts the United Nations Charter and violates—namely, what the Serbs are doing to the Muslims—violates all customs. But their state is as it is: "It is a mutilation I did not command, and it does not displease me". But we seek refuge in Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and seek His help against every enemy of Islam and the Muslims. We ask Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) to support His religion and elevate His word, and to punish these people with a punishment from Him or through our hands. Indeed, He is Generous and Bountiful, and that is not difficult for Allah. I advise you, my brothers, to call upon Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) in every place of response, in every time of response, and in every state of response, to call upon Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) to support the Muslims in every place. And I ask the student: What did Heraclius say to Abu Sufyan? Please. Stand up. What did Heraclius say to Abu Sufyan when he told him about the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?
The student: He asked him, "Who follows him?"

The Shaykh : No, he informed him of everything. So what did he say?
The student: He will possess what is under my feet.

The Shaykh : He said, "If what you say is true, he will possess what is under these two feet of mine". That is enough, rest.
