The meaning of the saying of Allah the Exalted: "He taught him [the Qur'an] with severe strength. He is of great stature, so He rose up. And He is in the highest horizon."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He said:
Taught to him by one intense in strength - علمه شديد القوى
[An-Najm 53:5]
and it is Jibril
He is of great stature ذو مرة
meaning he is of a beautiful form
So He rose up فاستوى
meaning he is perfect
While he was in the higher [part of the] horizon. وهو بالأفق الأعلى
[An-Najm 53:7]
For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw him in the form in which he was created twice: once when he was in the cave of Hira, he saw him in the form in which he was created, and he had six hundred wings that filled the horizon. Jibril (may the prayer and peace of Allah be upon him), like the other angels, has wings. Allah the Exalted said:
[who] made the angels messengers having wings جاعل الملائكة رسلاً أولي أجنحة
[Fatir 35:1]
He saw him in the form in which he was created, and he had six hundred wings that filled the horizon. And he saw him a second time at the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary in the form in which he was created, with six hundred wings that filled the horizon.
