A word from the Shaykh regarding the prohibition of what Allah has made lawful.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : As for the third topic: it is the prohibition of what Allah has made lawful. Prohibiting what Allah has made lawful is like when a man says to his wife, "You are forbidden to me," but he did not say, "You are to me as the back of my mother." He said, "You are forbidden to me," or he said, "What Allah has made lawful is forbidden to me," or he said, "Your food is forbidden to me," or something similar to that. What is the ruling?
