What are the supplications recited in ruqyah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What are the supplications recited in ruqyah?

The Shaykh : The most important and greatest of the supplications recited in ruqyah is the recitation of Surat al-Fatihah, for reciting Surat al-Fatihah over the sick person is among the causes of his healing, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
How did you know it was Ruqyah? وما يدريك أنها رقية
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2064Sahih (Darussalam)
And among them is what the Sunnah brought, such as his saying:
In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah on you from every ailment that harms you, from the evil of every envious eye; may Allah heal you. بسم الله أرقيك من كل داء يؤذيك من شر عين كل حاسد الله يشفيك
and such as his saying:
Narrated AbudDarda': I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: If any of you is suffering from anything or his brother is suffering, he should say: Our Lord is Allah Who is in the heaven, holy is Thy name, Thy command reigns supreme in the heaven and the earth, as Thy mercy in the heaven, make Thy mercy in the earth; forgive us our sins, and our errors; Thou art the Lord of good men; send down mercy from Thy mercy, and remedy, and remedy from Thy remedy on this pain so that it is healed up.
Sunan Abi Dawud 3892Da'if (Al-Albani)
and such as his saying:
Adhhibil-bas, Rabban-nas, washfi Antash-Shafi, la shifa’a illa shifa’uka shifa’an la yughadiru saqama (Take away the pain, O Lord of mankind, and grant healing, for You are the Healer, and there is no healing but Your healing that leaves no trace of sickness) اللهم رب الناس، ارفع البأس، اشف أنت الشافي، لا شفاء إلا شفاؤك، شفاءً لا يغادر سقماً
Sunan Ibn Majah 3520Sahih (Darussalam)
.
The hadiths on this matter are well known, and the questioner can refer to the book: "Al-Wabil al-Sayyib min al-Kalim al-Tayyib" by Ibn al-Qayyim, or to the book: "Al-Adhkar" by al-Nawawi, or to other works written by the scholars on this topic.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.
