Warning about the phrase "Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets," and the difference between a prophet and a messenger

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and I send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the righteous, and upon his family and his Companions, and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment. As for what follows:
Do you want us to complete the previous verses from last night, or should we speak about what we heard in this night's recitation? This night's recitation?
The student: What we heard.
The Shaykh : Yes, this night's recitation, and we leave that one. Good. Who among you memorizes what the imam recited this night? You, the one next?
The student: Allah the Exalted said: I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan,[Al-Hujurat 49:11]
The Shaykh : Perfect, may Allah bless you. First, the phrase "I send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets." He did not say that Allah, Mighty and Majestic, is the Seal of the Messengers. That is, Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Ahzab 33:40] and did not say "and the Seal of the Messengers," even though He says: so that no one would claim in the future that revelation is sent to him, even if he does not claim to be a messenger. Did you understand? A prophet is sent revelation regarding the law, but he is not sent as a messenger; he is not commanded to convey the message. Therefore, He said: [Al-Ahzab 33:40] and did not say "and the Seal of the Messengers," so that no one would claim in the future that revelation is sent to him. If someone claims in the future that revelation is sent to him, he has lied to the Qur'an, and we will say to him with all our mouths: You are a liar. There is no prophet after Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) [Al-Ahzab 33:40].

O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them
