What is the ruling on the slaughter of a butcher who did not know how he slaughtered, whether he mentioned the name or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : ... then they fear for them, so they take it, and I do not know if he mentioned the name or not.

The Shaykh : May Allah keep you safe, the Muslim butcher: the original ruling is that his slaughter is lawful and that he mentions the name, and that he mentions the name. The evidence for this is that al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her):
That a group of people came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, a group of people bring us meat, and we do not know whether they mentioned the name of Allah over it or not? He said: Mention the name yourselves and eat. She said: And they were recent converts from disbelief.
.
Do you know that those who have recently embraced Islam do not know anything of the rulings of Islam except a little? So if the slaughterer is a Muslim, a Jew, or a Christian, the original ruling is that his slaughter is lawful, and we do not say: perhaps he does not mention the name, or perhaps he did not pray, or the like of that. It is not our concern. The second question.
