What is the ruling on one who prays in a garment that has semen in it, whether he did so forgetfully or intentionally?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A man wore a garment while he was in a state of ritual purity; that is, the man was pure, but the garment had semen in it.

The Shaykh : From what?

The questioner : From semen, I mean, from semen from before.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : And he wore it forgetfully, and after the prayer it became clear that this garment had semen in it, and he was aware of it. What is its ruling, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh : Semen is pure. If a person prays in a garment that has semen in it, his prayer is valid, whether he did so intentionally or forgetfully.
But suppose it had urine in it, and he prayed while forgetful or ignorant, and he did not know until after the prayer; then his prayer is valid.
