A fetus that is delivered before its due date: does the waiting period end with it, whether the cause is external or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence, if a fetus is delivered before its due date, does the waiting period end with it, given that it was not delivered at its proper time? And does this apply whether the delivery was caused by an external factor or without any cause?

The Shaykh : Yes, the scholars say: if the fetus is found to have the form of a human being, then the waiting period ends with it, and the blood is considered post-natal bleeding. However, if the form of a human being is not discernible in it, then it is not considered, the waiting period does not end with it, and the blood that occurred in the woman is not post-natal bleeding.
