Is there any established legal evidence that a wife who demands divorce without a valid legal reason is cursed?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Now, is there any legal evidence that a wife who demands divorce from her husband without a valid legal reason is cursed, or not?

The Shaykh : What did you say?

The questioner : Is there any legal evidence for cursing a wife who demands divorce from her husband without a valid legal reason?

The Shaykh : I do not recall a hadith regarding cursing, but there is a hadith that is more severe than that, which is his saying (peace and blessings be upon him and his family):
Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce without a valid reason, the scent of Paradise is forbidden to her أيما امرأة سألت زوجها الطلاق من غير بأس فحرام عليها رائحة الجنة
Sunan ad-Darimi 12:9
.

The questioner : Allahu Akbar.

The Shaykh : And this is more severe than cursing, may Allah protect us from it.
Because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade her the scent of Paradise, and this is a severe warning.
So it is obligatory for the woman to fear Allah regarding herself and her husband, and not to demand divorce from him except for a valid legal reason. But sometimes a woman cannot bear to be patient with her husband because she dislikes him.
As in the case of the wife of Thabit ibn Qays ibn Shammās, when she came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and said:
O Messenger of Allah, I find no fault with Thabit ibn Qays in his character or his religion, but I dislike disbelief in Islam. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said to her: Will you return his garden to him? She said: Yes. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said to her husband: Take the garden and divorce her with one divorce.
.

The questioner : Yes.
