The Shaykh : No, the issue is based on the indication or the Sunnah, but perhaps you would say: if you mention then the beginning is from there, like if I said: wash your hand from the tips of the fingers to the elbows, here we start by washing the hand from the tips of the fingers, but if it says to the elbows then this is evidence of the end, not the beginning, so if you washed the upper part of the arm near the elbow before washing the palm, there is no sin on you for that.
