If one applies perfume to the ihram garment and then washes it, does the perfume remain?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If one applies perfume to the ihram garment, then takes a bath and breaks this ihram, is it permissible for him to resume this ihram?

The Shaykh : The jurists (may Allah have mercy on them) say that if a person perfumes the ihram garment and then takes it off, he should not put it back on himself, because that would be the initial wearing of the perfumed garment. However, the correct view is that he should not do that, neither before entering ihram nor after, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Do not wear a garment that has been touched by saffron or weld. لا تلبسوا ثوبا مسه الزعفران ولا الورس
