Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: "So judge, may Allah guide you, between them, for they *** have presented to you a proof and an explanation.
Do not support anyone but the people of the Hadith and their followers *** for they are the army of faith and the Qur'an.
And incline toward them and no one else ***"

The Shaykh : "No one else" is with a kasrah (short vowel).
The reciter: "And incline toward them and no one else *** so that you may be victorious in the sight of the Most Merciful.
You will say: This amount has baffled *** the people of Kalam (theology), and it is based on two roots.
One of them is: Is His action His created thing *** or other than it? They have two views regarding this.
Those who say that it is His very essence *** fled from the attributes by claiming they are created.
But the reality of their statement and its explicit meaning *** is the denial (ta'til) of the Creator of these universes.
Of His action, for His action is His created thing, *** yet it did not subsist in the Most Merciful.
So in truth, He has no action, for *** the created thing is separate from the Lord of Judgment.
And those who say that it is other than Him *** are in dispute, and they are two factions.
One of them said: It is an ancient thing subsisting *** in the Essence, and it is like the power of the Bestower.
They called it an ancient creation, as stated by *** the followers of the Shaykh of the world, al-Na'mani.
And their opponents did not act justly in refuting them, *** rather they contradicted them without providing any explanation.
The others saw it as a created thing *** subsisting in the Essence, and they are of two types.
One of them made it the beginning of things, fearing *** the chain of causality, which is not possible.
This is what the Karramiyyah said, *** so their action and their speech are the same.
The others are the people of the Hadith, like Ahmad, *** that is, Ibn Hanbal, al-Rida, al-Shaybani."

The Shaykh : Yes.
The reciter: "He said: Indeed, Allah has always been *** a Speaker, if He wills, the Possessor of excellence.
He made speech an attribute of action subsisting *** in the Essence, not lacking from the Most Merciful.
And likewise, he stated the permanence of action *** with excellence in another place.
And likewise, Ibn Abbas, so refer to his statement *** when he answered the questions of the Qur'an.
And likewise, Ja'far, the Imam al-Sadiq, *** the accepted one among creation, the one with knowledge. He said: The Guardian has always been doing good, *** kind and generous at every time.
And likewise, the Imam al-Darimi, for he *** has said"

The Shaykh : Al-Darimi, is it with a fathah (long vowel) for you?
The reciter: Yes, indeed.

The Shaykh : Well...
The reciter: "And likewise, the Imam al-Darimi, for he *** has said what contains guidance for the bewildered.
He said: Life and actions, both of them *** are concomitant, so they do not separate.
The Imam spoke the truth, for every living being is an actor, *** and this is the utmost in clarification.
Except if there are preventers *** from a defect or a compeller of the animal.
And the Lord has no preventer for His action; *** what He wills comes to be by the power of the Lord of Judgment."
