"And likewise, the negation of attributes from Him *** "
"And indeed, the Most Merciful has related a statement made by *** Fankhas, the one who commits slander and disbelief"

Allah has certainly heard the statement of those [Jews] who said, "Indeed, Allah is poor, while we are rich." We will record what they said and their killing of the prophets without right and will say, "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire. لقد كفر الذين قالوا إن الله فقير ونحن أغنياء
[Ali 'Imran 3:181]

The student: Allah has heard

The Shaykh : Here
Allah has certainly heard the statement of those [Jews] who said, "Indeed, Allah لقد سمع الله قول الذين قالوا إن الله
[Ali 'Imran 3:181]

"And thus our Lord has become a borrower *** of our wealth, glory be to the One of kindness"
The student: And thus

The Shaykh : And therefore, and thus, and thus. Yes, they said that Allah is poor because He asked us for a loan, so He said
Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan من ذا الذي يقرض الله قرضا حسنا
[Al-Baqarah 2:245]
He is poor and we are the wealthy. Well, was this said or not? But what was said was by individuals. Then the author said
"And He related the statement of one from his people *** that al-Aziz is the son of the Most Merciful" These are the Jews
