The Meaning of the Poet's Saying: "By Allah, the one who denies the attributes has attributed to every messenger who came with clear proofs the charge of concealing the truth. And by Allah, there is no one among the messengers who denies the attributes of the One, the Merciful."

The Shaykh :"By Allah, the one who denies the attributes has attributed to every messenger who came with clear proofs the charge of concealing the truth"
The one who denies the attributes says, "The truth is with me." We say to him: If the truth is with you, did the messengers who came with clear proofs bring it? What does he say? No. Then they concealed the truth and brought falsehood. So, every person who denies the attributes of Allah has accused all the messengers of concealing the truth.
"And by Allah, there is no one among the messengers who denies the attributes of the One, the Merciful
No, nor is there among the messengers one who likens Allah to creation, may they be protected from the lies of one who spreads slander"
And likewise, praise be to Allah, the followers of the messengers are not among those who deny the attributes, nor are they among those who liken Allah to creation. Rather, they say, "We believe in Allah as Allah Mighty and Majestic willed." For this reason, al-Razi, who is one of the leaders of those who deny the attributes, said: "I read in the affirmation

The Most Merciful [who is] above the Throne established.

الرحمن على العرش استوى

[Taha 20:5]

and I read in the negation

There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing.

ليس كمثله شيء وهو السميع البصير

[Ash-Shuraa 42:11]

" meaning: I affirm what Allah has affirmed and I negate what Allah has negated. "And whoever has experienced what I have experienced knows what I know" Yes, indeed. And this is a true statement. This is a true statement. All the speech of the people of kalam and philosophy is nonsense. They did not benefit from their research throughout their lifetimes except for saying and saying.
