Therefore, He established the intercessors as an honor for them and a mercy for the one who committed disobedience (The reason for Allah’s permission of intercession is two things: the honor of the intercessor and the mercy for the sinner)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He says:
"Therefore, He established the intercessors as an honor for them and a mercy for the one who committed disobedience"
This means: Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) permitted intercession for two reasons. The first reason is honoring the intercessor by accepting his intercession. There is no doubt that accepting the intercessor’s intercession is an honor for him. If you were to come to one of the kings of this world and intercede for a person, and he accepted your intercession, would this not be an honor for you? Yes, indeed. Therefore, Allah’s permission of intercession for those He has permitted is an honor for them.
The second benefit is the mercy for the sinner, in that Allah the Exalted shows mercy to the sinner because of the intercessor’s intercession.
Thus, intercession has two benefits. The first benefit is the honor of the intercessor, and the second benefit is the mercy for the one for whom intercession is sought.
