He said: “Speak,” meaning: Paradise, so it spoke, and it said: “Successful are the believers.” Paradise spoke with these words: “Successful are the believers.” Read the verses until He says:

⁽¹⁰⁾ Those are the inheritors ⁽¹¹⁾ Who will inherit al-Firdaus

أولئك هم الوارثون الذين يرثون الفردوس

[Al-Mu'minun 23:10-11]

I ask Allah to make me and you among them

Who will inherit al-Firdaus. They will abide therein eternally.

الذين يرثون الفردوس هم فيها خالدون

[Al-Mu'minun 23:11]

If you wish to inherit this Paradise, then you must have the ten characteristics mentioned:

⁽¹⁾ Certainly will the believers have succeeded: ⁽²⁾ They who are during their prayer humbly submissive ⁽³⁾ And they who turn away from ill speech ⁽⁴⁾ And they who are observant of zakah ⁽⁵⁾ And they who guard their private parts ⁽⁶⁾ Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed - ⁽⁷⁾ But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors - ⁽⁸⁾ And they who are to their trusts and their promises attentive

المؤمنون * الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ *وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ اللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ * وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَاةِ فَاعِلُونَ * وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ * إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ * فَمَنِ ابْتَغَى وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ * وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَانَاتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَاعُونَ
