(Mentioning the sixth proof from the Qur'an for the believers seeing their Lord on the Day of Resurrection, and the meaning of His saying, the Exalted:

The Shaykh : Fourth proof: His saying at the end of the surah:
On adorned couches, observing. على الأرائك ينظرون
[Al-Mutaffifin 83:23]
at the end of Surat al-Mutaffifin:
On adorned couches, observing. على الأرائك ينظرون
[Al-Mutaffifin 83:23]
What are they waiting for? The scholars and imams interpreted it as them looking at the Lord, Glory and Exaltation be upon Him. Although it includes looking at what Allah has given them of bliss in the Gardens, because they are on the thrones, and the throne is known,
On adorned couches, observing. على الأرائك ينظرون
[Al-Mutaffifin 83:23]
what Allah has given them of bliss, and they look at the Lord, Glory and Exaltation be upon Him; they look at the Lord, as the imams interpreted it. And on this basis, how many proofs do we have from the Qur'an? Four or five? The first is al-Ziyadah (the increase), the second is al-Ma'zid (the additional), the third is al-Liqa (the meeting), and the fourth is al-Nazar (the looking).
(22) [Some] faces, that Day, will be radiant, (23) Looking at their Lord. وجوه يومئذ ناضرة إلى ربها ناظرة
[Al-Qiyamah 75:22-23]
And the fifth: the veiling of the disbelievers, and the sixth:
On adorned couches, observing. على الأرائك ينظرون
[Al-Mutaffifin 83:23]
These are six proofs from the Noble Qur'an regarding the establishment of seeing Allah, Glory and Exaltation be upon Him. I ask Allah not to deprive me and you of it. And the truth is that it is the greatest bliss in Paradise; the greatest bliss in Paradise is looking at the Face of Allah, because people find in this gaze a bliss of the heart, a joy of the face, and a companionship that they do not find in any of the bliss in which they are. Yes, and the rest of the speech on this will come, if Allah wills.
