The questioner : During prayer, I experience a kind of laziness due to my many worries and the fatigue of my work during the day, to the point that I cannot pray at the prescribed time, knowing that I become very devout when I hear any sermon on Friday, to the extent of weeping?
The Shaykh : You must pray at the prescribed time, and it is not permissible for a person to delay the prayer beyond its time under any circumstances. He must pray according to his ability. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to 'Imran ibn Husayn:Sunan Abi Dawud 952Sahih (Al-Albani) However, if a person is ill and it is difficult for him to pray every prayer at its time, he may combine the midday and afternoon prayers in the time of one of them, or the sunset and night prayers in the time of one of them. As for delaying the prayer until its time has passed without a valid religious excuse, that is forbidden and not permissible for him. In fact, it will not be accepted from him if he delays it beyond its time without a valid religious excuse, because if he delays it beyond its time without a valid religious excuse, he has performed it in a manner that is not in accordance with the command of Allah and His Messenger. It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) that he said: Sahih Muslim 1718b.
It has reached me that some workers, may Allah guide us and them, delay the five daily prayers until they come to their beds to sleep, so they do not pray the dawn, midday, afternoon, sunset, or night prayers unless when they come to sleep. This is forbidden for them, and the prayer that they did not perform at its time will not be accepted from them; rather, it is returned to them. They should fear Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and know that establishing the prayer is among the causes of sustenance. Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) said:[Taha 20:132]. Yes.
The questioner : May Allah bless you. He has a final question, O Shaykh Muhammad, he says.

offer prayer in standing condition; if you are unable to do so, then in sitting condition: if you are then at your side
