Is it permissible for anyone to name Allah with what He has not named Himself with, and what is the evidence?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Is it permissible for anyone to name Allah with other than what He has named Himself with?
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : The answer
The student: It is not permissible

The Shaykh : It is not permissible. What is the evidence?
The student: His saying, the Exalted:
And do not pursue that ولا تقف ما ليس
[Al-Isra 17:36]
..

The Shaykh : His saying, the Exalted, is not "qawlihi" with a dammah as the predicate of the subject. I asked you for the evidence, so you say "His saying."
The student: His saying, the Exalted:
And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart - about all those [one] will be questioned.
[Al-Isra 17:36]
.

The Shaykh : What is the indication?
The student: This is from the category of ... naming Allah with what He has not named Himself with. This is from the category of transgressing against Allah.

The Shaykh : Because we have no knowledge that Allah has named Himself with this name, so it falls under the verse. Okay, yes, this is one. Second?
The student: Another example, like we inform about Allah that He is, for example, a Maker.

The Shaykh : Yes
The student: And "Maker" is not among His names.

The Shaykh : Because He is a Maker, but "the Maker" is not among His names. Okay, because the category of informing is broader than the category of creating a name.
We mentioned that this issue is divided into three categories. Ahmad?
