The consensus of the people of the Sunnah that Allah has two hands, and the meaning of His saying, the Exalted: {of what our hands have produced}.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And this verse is explicit text that the hands of Allah are two and no more, and this is the consensus of the people of the Sunnah. As for His saying, the Exalted:
of what our hands have produced مما علمت أيدينا أنعاما
, the use of the plural here means the self, just as He said:
for what your hands have earned بما كسبت أيديكم
[Ash-Shuraa 42:30]
, meaning by what you have earned.
He says:
He spends however He wills ينفق كيف يشاء
[Al-Ma'idah 5:64]
, and every matter of the actions of Allah is contingent upon the will, so know that it is accompanied by what? By wisdom. So He, the Exalted, gives for a wisdom and withholds for a wisdom.
