Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Reciter: Chapter: The saying of Allah the Exalted:
And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah
[Al-Jumu'ah 62:10]
.

The Shaykh : His saying, the Exalted:
Then when you have completed the prayer
Which prayer? The Friday prayer, due to His saying, the Exalted:
So hasten to the remembrance of Allah
.
And His saying, the Exalted:
So hasten to the remembrance of Allah
Then He said:
Then when you have completed the prayer
This indicates clearly that the prayer is from the remembrance of Allah. Here He said:
Strive for the remembrance of Allah, and when the prayer is completed
And that the sermon is also from the remembrance of Allah, and that the preacher who is the imam falls under His saying, the Exalted:
(14) He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself (15) And mentions the name of his Lord and prays.
[Al-A'la 87:14-15]
Because the preacher is one who remembers the name of his Lord and is praying, and the listener is like the speaker or the one who is speaking. And reflect on His saying, the Exalted:
And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land
[Al-Jumu'ah 62:10]
Where He said "disperse therein," meaning disperse, each in his field of work: the merchant in his trade, the farmer in his farming, and the craftsman in his craft.
seek from the bounty of Allah
[Al-Jumu'ah 62:10]

And in it is an indication, and Allah knows best, that if a person prioritizes religious duties over worldly duties, then that is among the causes of the blessing in worldly work.
And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah
[Al-Jumu'ah 62:10]
So Allah the Exalted guided to seeking sustenance after the completion of the prayer, indicating that if a person prioritizes religious work or the work of the Hereafter, He will make his worldly work easy for him. Then He said:
remember Allah much that you may be successful.
[Al-Anfal 8:45]
Meaning, do not let your dispersing in the land to seek sustenance distract you from the remembrance of Allah. Remember Allah much. The successful one can make the seeking of sustenance from the remembrance of Allah. That is, the successful one can make his selling, buying, plowing, and crafting from the remembrance of Allah. When? By intention. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The one who strives to sponsor a widow or a poor person is like the one who strives in Jihad in the cause of Allah
Sunan an-Nasa'i 2577Sahih (Darussalam)
He said: And I think he said:
Like the one who fasts and does not break his fast, and like the one who stands in prayer and does not sit
Sahih Ibn Hibban 17:33
But most people are heedless of this matter. If a person were to pay attention and not be among the heedless, he would attain much. That is, even the seeking of sustenance, if you intend that it is for the sake of supporting widows and the poor, you attain the rank of the one who strives in the path of Allah the Mighty and Majestic. And your family who cannot earn, do they fall under the category of the poor or not? Yes, they fall under the category of the poor without doubt, because they are unable to earn. So you are supporting a widow and the poor. Yes, there are questions from before.
