The Shaykh : Three sermons? Where does this come from? However, if a matter that must be addressed arises, or if a letter comes from the ruler or the ruler’s deputy, from one of the ministers or others whom we are permitted to address, then yes, it is read to the people and mentioned. And His saying, Blessed and Exalted is He: "Lalla" (so that) here is for the purpose of causation, not for hope. "And whenever 'lalla' appears in the Book of Allah, it is for the purpose of causation", because hope is only for one for whom a matter is difficult, whereas Allah, Mighty and Majestic, everything is easy for Him. So if you find "lalla" in the Qur'an, it is for the purpose of causation, such as: [Al-Baqarah 2:183], and what is similar to this, meaning: so that you may be mindful of Allah, and this, meaning: so that you may succeed. May Allah grant us and you success, righteousness, reform, and guidance. We ask Allah to guide us, to guide for us, and to guide through us, for He is capable of all things.
