A woman whose husband stoned the Jamrat al-'Aqabah on her behalf without informing her before the stoning, only after he had done so, and she had not initially appointed him as her agent; what is the ruling on her Hajj?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. A woman asks: A woman whose husband stoned the Jamrat al-'Aqabah on her behalf without informing her before the stoning, only after he had done so, and she had not initially appointed him as her agent; what is the ruling on this woman's Hajj?

The Shaykh : Her Hajj is valid, because the most that can be said about this action is that she left off an obligation upon her, which is the stoning, and the stoning is among the obligations of Hajj, not among its pillars.
And based on this, we say: The precaution for this woman is to slaughter a fidyah (ransom payment) in Makkah and distribute it to the poor, if she is able. As for if she is not able, then Allah the Exalted says:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity لا يكلف الله نفسا إلا وسعها
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
.
In the question: the word
rajama (stoned)رجم
, and the word
ramiya (threw)رمى
, which is correct? Yes, "ramiya" (threw) or "rajama" (stoned)?
ramiya (threw) رمى
Without a doubt. Yes. Read, read the question; perhaps you are the one who made a mistake.

The questioner : A woman whose husband stoned the Jamrat al-'Aqabah on her behalf without informing her before the stoning, only after he had done so, and she had not initially appointed him as her agent; what is the ruling on this woman's Hajj?
Did you hear him first say: only after he stoned?
He says: only after he stoned. Yes. So he made a mistake, and I do not know except what I heard from the man. In any case, some harm brings benefit.
The word
al-rajm (stoning)الرجم
is not used for the stoning of the pillars, because all the hadiths that came, use the word
ramiya (threw)رمى
, and we do not know
al-rajm (stoning)الرجم
except for whom? Except for the one who commits zina (unlawful sexual intercourse), but people mean by the word
rajama (stoned)رجم
that it is
ramiya (threw)رمى
, so the intended meaning is correct, but the wording: a person should seek the wording that the texts used, yes.
