The ruling on one who stoned the pillars at the end of the night without an excuse

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it a sin to stone the pillars at the end of the night while one is able to do so?

Answer:
If Allah wills, it is not a sin, but it is better to do it during the day, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did. As for stoning them at night, Umm Salamah stoned them at night, and Asma’ bint Abi Bakr stoned them at night, so the matter is broad if Allah wills. However, if it is easy to stone them during the day, that is better, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stoned them during the day, and the Companions stoned them during the day. Stoning them at night is permissible according to the correct opinion.
