The Shaykh :[Al-Baqarah 2:187] Following the permission of intercourse [Al-Baqarah 2:187] These are three... what are they?

The Shaykh : Well done, may Allah reward you. Eating and drinking and sexual intercourse. Eating includes both harmful and beneficial things, and so does drinking. Drink includes what is harmful, what is beneficial, and what is neither harmful nor beneficial, such as beads. If one eats a bead intentionally, and it has no oil or anything on it, we say that his fast is invalidated. Even though some scholars said that a thing with no benefit does not break the fast; this is incorrect. We say that anything that is eaten or drunk invalidates the fast, whether it is beneficial, or harmful like smoke, or neither beneficial nor harmful; all of it breaks the fast. It has been made permissible for you the night preceding fasting to go to your wives [for sexual relations]. They are clothing for you and you are clothing for them. Allah knows that you used to deceive yourselves, so He accepted your repentance and forgave you. So now, have relations with them and seek that which Allah has decreed for you
And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]. Then complete the fast until the sunset.
