The Shaykh : And His saying, Mighty and Majestic: [Fussilat 41:36] means that if Satan gains power over you and introduces into you whispers, doubts, and uncertainty, then seek refuge in Allah, for He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
And this issue, I mean the last one, is Satan’s trial of the children of Adam, and his whispering to them regarding purity, prayer, divorce, and everything, to the extent that he whispers to them about matters concerning Allah the Exalted. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) explained the remedy for all of this in his saying:.
Know that Satan will not gain power over the children of Adam in such matters except because of the perfection of their faith, in order to corrupt their religion for them. Otherwise, a man whose faith is not perfect is not of concern to Satan; Satan does not care about him. But the one whose faith is perfect and whose religion is upright is the one whom Satan attacks from time to time until he confuses his religion. But what is the remedy? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) explained the remedy: it is that a person should seek refuge in Allah and stop, meaning he should say, “I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan,” and stop, turning away from all of this. He should compare himself to a Muslim, believing man who came to prayer to worship Allah; how can he worship one who does not exist, for example? If a person compares himself to this, the truth becomes clear to him and becomes distinct, and Allah will protect him from the accursed Satan.
As for the one who goes about following these whispers and does not spare any effort in them, he may perhaps deviate. He may perhaps deviate and perish. But if a person uses the remedy mentioned by the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), he is safe from evil. So if you feel a whisper in your ablution, in your prayer, in your faith, or in anything, say, “I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan,” and turn away from all of this.
In this context, there is evidence that the Qur'an is a cure for what is in the hearts and for what is in the bodies, and that it is a reformer, a reformer of society from every aspect.
When He, the Exalted, mentioned the enmity of the children of Adam toward the children of Adam and how its remedy is, He mentioned the enmity of Satan toward the children of Adam and how to get rid of it.
We ask Allah, Mighty and Majestic, to protect us and you from the accursed Satan, and to grant us from Him mercy. Indeed, He is the Bestower.
And to the lesson on hadith.
