Is this saying permissible: "If time were just, I would ride"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : This person is quoting the poet's saying: "If time were just, I would ride". Is such a saying permissible?

The Shaykh : We say that Allah the Exalted said:
(224) And the poets - [only] the deviators follow them; (225) Do you not see that in every valley they roam (226) And that they say what they do not do? - (227) Except those [poets] who believe والشعراء يتبعهم الغاوون* ألم تر أنهم في كل واد يهيمون* وأنهم يقولون ما لا يفعلون* إلا الذين آمنوا
[Ash-Shu'ara 26:224-227]
And a thing is not attributed to time; everything that happens is by the will of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and Allah (Mighty and Majestic) does not wrong anyone, but rather He is a judge of justice. However, this is the poet's saying, and it is a rejected saying. Yes.
