How is love for the sake of Allah?

The questioner : This questioner, F M A S, says: "May the Shaykh be honored, how is love for the sake of Allah? I hope you will provide us with information?"
The Shaykh : Love for the sake of Allah is that you love a man because he is a righteous worshipper, not because he is your relative, not because he has wealth, and not because he pleases you in his character or appearance, or the like. You do not love him except for his religion and his mindfulness of Allah. This is love for the sake of Allah.
In this state, you will find that each of you helps the other to obey Allah. It is established in the authentic hadith from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 1423 The relevant part of it is his saying: Sahih al-Bukhari 660.
But I warn with the utmost warning, especially women, that this love for the sake of Allah should not become love alongside Allah. This is because some people become infatuated with the love of their brother in Allah, or a woman becomes infatuated with the love of her sister in Allah, until the love of this person in her heart, or in the man's heart, is stronger than the love of Allah. This is because he is always the one who is in his heart and the one he remembers. If he sleeps, he sleeps remembering him; if he wakes up, he wakes up remembering him; and if he goes out or returns, he is remembering him. This causes him to forget the remembrance of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). This is shirk (associating partners with Allah) in love. Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Baqarah 2:165] And indeed, complaints arise from this matter, where a woman loves her colleague or her teacher with an intense love that takes over her heart, her thoughts, and her mind, until he is always on her mind and she forgets the remembrance of Allah because of remembering him. This is an error and a danger. It is obligatory for a person who falls into this ailment to try to cure it as much as he can. But how can it be cured when the situation has reached this level? The cure is to first remember that the love of Allah the Exalted is above everything, and to direct his heart to the love of Allah. What strengthens the love of Allah in the heart of the servant is the constant remembrance of Allah, frequent recitation of the Qur'an, frequent performance of righteous deeds, and turning away from the desires of the self and the whims of the self.
Second, he should distance himself somewhat from the one whose love has reached this level in his heart. He should distance himself somewhat and occupy himself with something else. If that does not help, let him avoid him completely. He should cut off the connection between them until this love calms down, this heat subsides, and it settles, and then he returns to the ordinary love.
And because of the many complaints about this, I wanted to point out that love for the sake of Allah should not rise to become love alongside Allah, because this is a type of shirk (associating partners with Allah) in love. Yes.

Seven people will be shaded by Allah under His shade on the day when there will be no shade except His. They are: (1) a just ruler; (2) a young man who has been brought up in the worship of Allah, (i.e. worship Allah (Alone) sincerely from his childhood), (3) a man whose heart is attached to the mosque (who offers the five compulsory congregational prayers in the mosque); (4) two persons who love each other only for Allah's sake and they meet and part in Allah's cause only; (5) a man who refuses the call of a charming woman of noble birth for an illegal sexual intercourse with her and says: I am afraid of Allah; (6) a person who practices charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand has given (i.e. nobody knows how much he has given in charity). (7) a person who remembers Allah in seclusion and his eyes get flooded with tears.
