What is the ruling on the Hajj of one who comes on the Day of 'Arafah and then descends to Makkah to perform the circumambulation of farewell before its time?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah reward you, O Shaykh. A man performed Hajj five times, O Shaykh, and in every Hajj he came on the Day of 'Arafah as one performing Ifrad, then he came from 'Arafah to Makkah and performed the Tawaf with the intention of the Tawaf of Farewell, O Shaykh. What is the ruling on his action, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh : ... This is certain.

The questioner : Yes, I asked him. We were in al-Khayf last year in the Mosque of al-Khayf. He asked me this question, so I said this requires a fatwa and directed him to the authorities. He said, "I have performed five Hajjs, and this is what I heard in ... the past years."

The Shaykh : All these Hajjs are not valid; they are all invalid because he left the Tawaf of Farewell, which is a pillar without which Hajj is not completed by consensus. And he performed the Tawaf at a time other than its proper time, because the time for the Tawaf of Farewell is after standing at 'Arafah and Muzdalifah. Do you understand?
