What is the ruling on reciting the adhkar aloud after the obligatory prayers?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings:
O Shaykh, what is the ruling on reciting the adhkar aloud after the obligatory prayer?

The Shaykh : Yes, he is asking about the ruling on reciting the adhkar aloud after the obligatory prayer?
Reciting them aloud is a recommended practice (sunnah), because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite them aloud, and so did the Companions. Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said:
Dhikr (mentioning the name of Allah) in a loud voice after obligatory prayers was (a common practice) during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) كان رفع الصوت بالذكر حين ينصرف الناس من المكتوبة على عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Sahih Muslim 583c
. However, if there is a man next to you who is making up a missed prayer, then you should not recite them aloud, because if you did, you would disturb him and spoil his prayer. Is that clear?

The questioner : After Fajr and Maghrib?

The Shaykh : After Fajr and Maghrib, and after Zuhr, Asr, and Isha, all the prayers.

The questioner : What is reported regarding the saying: "There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, to Him belongs the dominion..." Is this only for Maghrib and Fajr?

The Shaykh : For Maghrib and Fajr, it is ten times: "There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs the praise, He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent." For the others, it is three times.
