Is it permissible for the ma'mum to recite some verses aloud in the secret prayers, or is this specific to the imam only, and likewise for the takbir?

The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Shaykh, may Allah reward you. It is narrated in al-Bukhari that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would sometimes recite a verse or two aloud. Is this recitation specific to the imam, or is it general for both the imam and the ma'mum, and what are its guidelines?

The Shaykh : In the hadith of Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him):
Narrated Anas: The hair of the Prophet (ﷺ) used to hang down up to his shoulders. أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يسمعهم الآية أحياناً
Sahih al-Bukhari 5903
The one who recites aloud is the imam sometimes. This recitation is either to inform the people that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is reading something after al-Fatihah, or to alert the people somewhat, because if the imam recites aloud in the secret prayer, the people become attentive.
As for the ma'mum, he does not recite anything aloud, neither the tasbih, nor the recitation, nor the takbir. For this reason, some people make a mistake, especially in the funeral prayer. When the imam says takbir for the funeral prayer, they raise their voices: Allahu Akbar. And some of them, in the additional takbirs of the 'Id prayer, when the imam says: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, they raise their voices with the takbir. I mean the ma'mum. This is a mistake. The ma'mum recites secretly, says takbir secretly, says tasbih secretly, and makes du'a' secretly.
