Some barbers, when they intend to shave a person in the state of ihram, apply a type of soap containing some perfume. What is the ruling on that?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : His EminenceThe Shaykh : Some barbers, when a person performing 'Umrah or Hajj has finished his 'Umrah or Hajj, apply a type of soap containing some perfume. What is the ruling on that?

The Shaykh : If he is ignorant, he owes nothing, whether the ignorant one is the barber or the one being shaved. However, if the one being shaved knows that it contains perfume, he must prevent it, because it is not permissible except if he shaves or shortens his hair after his sa'y.
