What is the ruling on one who, when asked who his guarantor is, says, "Allah is my guarantor"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Some people, when asked, "Who is your guarantor?", say, "Allah is my guarantor." What is the ruling on this statement?

The Shaykh : If the person who says this says it to avoid informing about his guarantor, then it is not permissible. However, if he says it in reliance upon Allah (Mighty and Majestic), then Allah the Exalted has said:
And Allah is sufficient as a guarantor وَكَفَى بِاللَّهِ وَكِيلاً
And He, Glorified and Exalted is He, is the guarantor of His creation, and He is responsible for their sustenance, their deeds, and all their needs. But the common case is that the one who says this is trying to avoid mentioning the guarantor, and perhaps he fears that if his agent learns of something, we do not know what it is.
