Is it permissible for the suitor to see his fiancée a second time?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah preserve you, Shaykh. Regarding a young man who proposed to a girl, where the engagement period was, for example, one or two months, and he wants to see her again in the presence of a mahram from her family, is it permissible for him to see her again?

The Shaykh : Yes, meaning, if a man proposes to a woman and sees her the first time, then wants to look at her again, there is no harm, provided his intention is not to take pleasure in looking at her. There is no harm, because a person may see something for the first time and find it different from what it actually is. So he says: I want to look again in order to reflect more. We say: There is no harm in this, because the purpose of looking at the fiancée is to propose to her while being fully aware of her, so that this leads to greater love and harmony between them. Yes.
