What is the ruling on an imam who says the takbir for prostration before he reaches the prostration, and recites al-Fatihah before he straightens his back, and he is old in age?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. An old imam says the takbir for prostration before he completes the bowing.

The Shaykh : Before he reaches the prostration.

The Shaykh : Before he reaches it. And likewise, he recites al-Fatihah before he straightens his back, meaning while he is standing. We advise the Shaykh, but he returned to his original state. So he says: What is the ruling on our prayer behind him?

The Shaykh : As for if he begins al-Fatihah before he is fully standing, then his prayer is not valid, and you should not pray behind him. You must inform the responsible authorities so that they correct him or replace him. I know. As for his saying the takbir for prostration before he reaches the prostration or approaches it, this does not invalidate his prayer, but as for the ma'mums, some of them may hasten when they hear the takbir and reach the ground before this imam reaches it. This is what should be feared. As for the first case, that is the great danger, because it is not permissible for a person who is able to stand to begin reciting al-Fatihah unless he is fully standing. So, may Allah bless you, you are between two things: either enter the mosque and pray behind a person who completes the pillars, or inform the responsible authorities and say: Come and pray behind him, and see what he does.

The questioner : And likewise, if he is a ma'mum, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Every person who is able to stand cannot recite al-Fatihah until he is fully standing. Yes. There is no second question. Two questions for the brother.
