If the committee asks the imam of a mosque to record the names of those who do not attend the prayers, should he do so?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The committee asked the imam to inform them by recording the names of those who are negligent in prayer. He had previously advised them two or three times, but they continued to not pray the five prayers.

The Shaykh : I see that if the official authorities ask the imam to write down the names of those who are absent after he has advised them, I see that it is obligatory for him to do so, because this falls under the category of cooperating in righteousness and piety. And praise be to Allah that Allah has made it easy for him; we said that you must go to their houses and inform them. We do not say that this is the minimum obligation; rather, you must inform the one in authority. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good
