What is the manner of turning in the two phrases during the adhan?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : ...Hasten to prayer, hasten to success...

The Shaykh : Some scholars hold that you should turn to the right and to the left with every phrase. You say: "Hasten to prayer" to the right, "Hasten to prayer" to the left, so that the person on your right and the person on your left can hear you. Then you say: "Hasten to success" to your right, "Hasten to success" to the left. The evidence for this is ambiguous, supporting both this view and the view currently practiced, which is to say: "Hasten to prayer" twice to the right, and "Hasten to success" twice to the left. The practice now follows this, and the transmitted texts are ambiguous. Therefore, I see no harm in adopting either this or that. This applies to one who calls the adhan without a loudspeaker. As for now, there is no need to turn, because if you turn now, the turning may cause harm, as the microphone may not be in front of you, which weakens the sound. Therefore, I see that in the matter of the loudspeaker now, one should not turn to the right or to the left, neither in "Hasten to prayer" nor in "Hasten to success." The turning now should be for the speakers; it should be, for example, one on the right and one on the left in the minaret.
