The reciter: And 'Uwn ibn Salam al-Kufi narrated to us, and Muhammad ibn Talhah al-Yami informed us, from Zubayd, from Murrah, from 'Abdullah, who said:
The polytheists detained the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) from the 'Asr prayer until the sun turned red or yellow. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "They have kept us busy from the middle prayer, the 'Asr prayer. May Allah fill their bellies and their graves with fire," or he said: "May Allah stuff their bellies and their graves with fire."
حبس المشركون رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن صلاة العصر حتى احمرت الشمس أو اصفرت فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: شغلونا عن الصلاة الوسطى صلاة العصر ملأ الله أجوافهم وقبورهم نارا أو قال حشى الله أجوافهم وقبورهم نارا
