What is the absolute takbir and the restricted takbir, and what is their time?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He asks about the absolute takbir and says: What is the absolute takbir? And what is the restricted takbir? And when is its time?

The Shaykh : The takbir on the night of 'Id al-Fitr is absolute takbir, and the takbir in the ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah and the days of Tashriq is both absolute and restricted takbir. So the absolute takbir is from the entry of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah to the last day of the days of Tashriq, which are the three days after the day of the festival. And the restricted takbir is from the Fajr prayer on the Day of 'Arafah to the last of the days of Tashriq.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.
