Does shaking hands with a woman, such as one's uncle's wife, invalidate the ablution?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Does shaking hands with a woman, such as one's uncle's wife, invalidate the ablution?

The Shaykh : Shaking hands with a woman who is not a mahram (a relative one may not marry) is forbidden. It is not permissible for anyone to shake hands with a woman who is not a mahram to him, whether she is his brother's wife, his paternal uncle's wife, or his maternal uncle's wife, for all of this is forbidden. This applies whether he shakes her hand through a barrier or without one.
As for the ablution, shaking hands with a woman does not invalidate the ablution, absolutely, unless it is done for sexual desire and pre-seminal fluid or semen is emitted. In that case, we say that it is not possible to shake hands with a woman for sexual desire unless she is his wife. With this statement I have mentioned, it becomes clear that shaking hands with women is divided into three categories:
A category that is forbidden in all cases, which is shaking hands with a woman who is not a mahram to the man, such as his brother's wife, his paternal uncle's wife, his maternal uncle's wife, and the like.
A category where it is permissible to shake their hands without sexual desire, and these are the mahram women, such as his sister, his paternal aunt, his maternal aunt, his mother, and his daughter. It is permissible to shake their hands on the condition that there is no sexual desire or pleasure in the handshake.
The third category: those with whom it is permissible to shake hands with or without sexual desire, and these are wives. It is permissible for a man to shake his wife's hand with or without sexual desire.
None of these categories invalidate the ablution unless something is emitted: pre-seminal fluid or semen. In that case, his ablution is invalidated by what was emitted, and if it is semen, it is obligatory for him to perform the full ritual bath.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.
