Is it permissible to prevent disbelievers from entering the mosque bathrooms and drinking from the water coolers?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : We have a water cooler in the mosque for drinking, and non-Muslim workers come and take from this water. Do we have the right to prevent them? Also, they come to the restrooms to bathe daily. Do we also have the right to prevent these disbelievers?

The Shaykh : No, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
There is a reward in every living creature that has a flowing vein.
and because Allah the Exalted said in the Qur'an:
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.
[Al-Mumtahanah 60:8]
Yes.

The questioner : These people, O Shaykh, are mostly Hindus from India.

The Shaykh : Yes, exactly.

The questioner : And you know the state of the Muslims' displacement.

The Shaykh : Yes, but perhaps these people do not approve of their government's actions. You do not know. Yes, please go ahead.
