Ruling on preventing disbelievers in Muslim lands from drinking from public water sources and the like

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
We have a refrigerator for drinking water in the mosque, and non-Muslim workers come and take from this water. Do we have the right to prevent them? Also, they come to the restrooms and bathe in them daily. Do we have the right to prevent these disbelievers?
No;Because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (In every living creature with a moist liver, there is a reward) Do not prevent them; let them drink. And because Allah the Exalted said in the Qur'an:
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.
[Al-Mumtahanah: 8] .

The questioner: These people, O Shaykh, are mostly Hindus from India. And you know the state of expulsion of the Muslims. The Shaykh: But perhaps these people do not approve of their government's actions; you do not know.
