What should one do if he enters a mosque and its people do not consider the greeting of the mosque permissible during the prohibited times?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah reward you, what is the best course of action if I enter the mosque and its people do not consider the greeting of the mosque permissible?

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : I entered the mosque, and its people do not consider the greeting of the mosque permissible during the prohibited times. Is it better for me to sit or to pray?

The Shaykh : And you consider that it is to be prayed?

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : The best course of action if you enter the mosque during the prohibited times is that the correct view is that you pray the greeting of the mosque, because the greeting of the mosque has a cause, and every prayer that has a cause is permissible during the prohibited times. So if you enter the mosque, pray.

The questioner : They do not consider it permissible?

The Shaykh : Even if they do not consider it permissible, just as if a person who does not consider it permissible enters the mosque of a people who do consider it permissible, he should sit and not pray. These are matters of religion, unless you fear harm, such that they expel you or speak ill of you or the like of that, in which case this is a matter to be looked into regarding public benefit and harm.

The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. Some organizations and companies sell some of their items, but they do not set a price for them. They announce the sale and set a specific period of three or four days, so whoever wants to buy determines the price he finds suitable, and then they sell at the price they want. Is this sale valid?

The Shaykh : How?
I mean, for example, they announce that within three days, whoever wants to buy an item from us, its price is up to him, at whatever price?

The questioner : Any merchant sets his price, then they collect the papers, and after that they look at the price that suits them and sell to the one who set it. For example, they offer cars for sale.

The Shaykh : Is this a company?

The questioner : It is a company.

The Shaykh : A company.

The questioner : A company that sells used cars.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : They announce that they have cars for sale.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : But any person who wants to buy them sets a price for them and comes with his price, saying to him that the period ends after three or four days.

The Shaykh : Okay, the cars are different, how can you say!
