Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : My father divorced my mother three times in separate instances, each time saying to her: “If such and such happens, you are divorced,” then taking her back with the testimony of witnesses. Then came the third time, meaning the third divorce, and he wanted to take her back before the waiting period was completed. Is it permissible for him to take her back during the waiting period, or has she become forbidden to him since the divorce occurred, and she is not lawful to him until she marries another husband?

The Shaykh : I refer the answer to this question to the judge in their area in Makkah, or if there is one in their country.
